Prior to that, he owned and operated SRB Designs, a jewelry manufacturing business on Philadelphia’s historic Jewelers Row, from 1988 to 2006. His lifelong passion for sports is reflected in his role as the Official Statistician for the Philadelphia 76ers, a position he has held since 1988.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Scott is deeply committed to service and community. He serves on the Board of Athletes for CARE, the Board of Trustees of AlmaLinks, and the Board of Advisors for the Philadelphia Chapter of After-School All-Stars. He is also the host of Game of Zen, a podcast launched in 2023 that explores the life teachings of the Buddha and the mindfulness practices of Zen, reflecting his interest in thoughtful leadership and inner development. Scott holds a business degree from the University of Maryland.

REBECCA LEE KATZ

Rebecca Lee Katz, Esq. is a Co-Founder of JINS Capital and one of three driving forces behind its ethos as a people-first, relationship-driven advisory firm. A lifelong connector with a rare blend of legal, deal-maker, real estate, and international experience, Rebecca has devoted her career to curating private, off-market opportunities for families, investors, and institutions who share her commitment to integrity, stewardship, and legacy.

Trained as a real estate attorney at leading law firms, Rebecca has supported multi-hundred-million-dollar transactions with strategic precision and calm under pressure. Her experience spans multifamily, luxury residential, office, hotel, industrial, vacant land, and retail, and she has represented ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, institutional investors, lenders, developers, and operators. Layered onto this legal foundation is her background as a real estate broker, where she honed white-glove service and sophisticated deal instincts across commercial, residential, and unique off-market opportunities.

Rebecca’s global citizenship is informed by years working with international nonprofit organizations funded by the U.S. government in the Middle East and Afghanistan, where she applied her conversational skills in French and Arabic and lived overseas. This experience deepened her cultural fluency, resilience, and ability to navigate sensitive, high-stakes environments—qualities that now serve JINS Capital’s clients as she orchestrates introductions and opportunities across continents. Her trusted relationships with elite buyers, sellers, and capital partners in the Middle East and abroad translate into differentiated access for the firm’s intimate network.

At JINS Capital, Rebecca channels this full spectrum of experience into a new paradigm of service: a top-tier attorney’s rigor, a luxury broker’s discretion, and a global connector’s network, all in the service of families and communities building long-term legacies. She is committed to various civic organizations and lives in Southern California with her partner, their daughter, and their Pomeranian. Her professional, personal, and community endeavors reflect the same core principle that guides JINS Capital itself—putting people and relationships at the center of every decision.
