Previously Co-Founder of The Panther Group, an institutional cannabis advisory; sits on the Investment Committee of the Panther Opportunity Fund, a vintage venture vehicle with 30+ portfolio companies. Earlier co-founded the Cannabis Rep Network (Calyx Distribution) in California.

From 2007 to 2017, Co-Founder of Audience Partners — a data-driven enterprise advertising company that pioneered audience-targeting in healthcare, politics, and advocacy. Before that, owned and operated SRB Designs, a jewelry house on Philadelphia's historic Jewelers Row, from 1988 to 2006.

Morgan, where he spent the majority of his career, alongside formative chapters at HSBC in London and UBS AG. Across those seats he advised high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs, and investors on relationship management, capital planning, and long-term financial strategy.

Beyond the institutions, a parallel record in business development — supporting startups and their leadership across the United States and United Kingdom with growth strategy, market entry, and client engagement.
