Three co-founders · one philosophy

The three
behind the J·I·N·S.

JINS Capital is the work of three co-founders who chose to build a house around shared values of integrity, family, and stewardship. Their backgrounds — law, banking, operating, broking, advising — converge on a single belief: that the best opportunities flow through trusted relationships, not transactions.

Rebecca Lee
Katz, Esq.

  • BasedSouthern California
  • FocusReal Estate · Legal · International
  • EducationJD · George Washington Law
    BSc · Georgetown SFS
  • DisciplineAttorney & Broker

One of three driving forces behind JINS's ethos as a people-first, relationship-driven advisory firm — a lifelong connector with a rare blend of legal, deal-maker, real-estate, and international experience.

Trained as a real-estate attorney at leading law firms, Rebecca has supported multi-hundred-million-dollar transactions with strategic precision and calm under pressure — across multifamily, luxury residential, office, hotel, industrial, land, and retail — for UHNW individuals, family offices, institutions, lenders, developers, and operators.

Layered on top: a background as a real-estate broker, where she honed white-glove service and sophisticated deal instincts across commercial, residential, and unique off-market opportunities.

Her global citizenship was shaped by years with U.S.-funded NGOs in the Middle East and Afghanistan, applying conversational French and Arabic and living overseas. The experience deepened her cultural fluency and ability to navigate sensitive, high-stakes environments — and seeded the relationships with elite buyers, sellers, and capital partners abroad that now translate into differentiated access for the firm's network.

At JINS, Rebecca channels the full spectrum into a new paradigm of service: an attorney's rigour, a luxury broker's discretion, a global connector's network. She lives in Southern California with her partner, their daughter, and their Pomeranian.
